Chef Dimitris Kamaritis
Co-Founder & Culinary Director
Trained at Le Cordon Bleu, Dimitris refined his craft at the iconic The Ritz London and Claude Bosi’s Bibendum, both 2 Michelin-starred. He later played a key role in launching Mauro Colagreco’s restaurant at Raffles OWO, an ambitious project by the 3 Michelin-starred chef of Mirazur.
Dimitris went on to consult internationally, creating bespoke dining experiences and cooking for celebrities and public figures, before becoming Opening and Development Chef at Grain, a modern Mediterranean brand celebrating bold flavours and balance.
At Biotrofi, he leads chef recruitment, menu direction, and quality control—ensuring every experience meets the highest culinary standards.
